pHd Malvern have an exciting new opportunity for a school leaver to embark on an apprenticeship in hairdressing.
What does the Apprenticeship cover?
The Apprenticeship is an excellent chance to complete your hairdressing NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3. The course is delivered through the government funded organisation, First4Skills on site, so you will not be required to attend college. Instead you will spend your time in the salon gaining invaluable, hands-on experience and knowledge alongside skilled stylists specialising in organic hair treatment. In addition, a course assessor will visit the salon every 6 weeks to take you through assessments and additional training.
What will your job role consist of?
As an Apprentice Hairdresser your job will be to assist Stylists with their busy columns. You will be taking care of clients, for example offering complementary refreshments or booking appointments etc. and ensuring the salon is kept clean and tidy at all times.
What hours will be required?
This is a full time Apprenticeship position.
35 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday.
No experience is required although it would be an advantage.
